Jute is a long natural course fibre, often referred to as the Golden fibre, that has been designated as a Future Fibre by the Food and Agriculture (FAO)organization of the united nations.

Jute is a renewable natural fibre that is 100% biodegradable and the fibre can be used as a yarn or textile fibre. It is often blended with other fibres and can be found in curtains, carpets, rugs and chair coverings. Compostable and one of the most affordable natural fibres as it doesn’t require fertilizers or pesticides.
