Milk Paint
Milk Paint is a water-based environmentally-friendly, non-toxic paint made from milk!
The paint is made from 100% organic materials and has a chalky rustic finish, with pigments often added for colour.
The paint is made from traditional recipes and can last a very long time if protected from the elements. Available in either powder or liquid form. It’s safe for both kids and pets, it can have a smooth finish or an antiqued look and as it is made from natural ingredients it can be home or commercially composted.
The milk is created by using the casein protein found in milk, this acts as the binder and the final product is mixed with lime, raw earth pigments, and a plant-based filler. The end product is no VOC, non-toxic and completely biodegradable/compostable.

Raw Materials
The raw materials using in milk are completely natural. It is also possible to use spoiled (waste) milk for the production of the paint. The paint is also available in powder form reducing the transport weight of the product.

Milk paint is 100% biodegradable and can be composted in both home or commercial compost systems.
