Production process
Smart Stitch™ is manufactured by Resortecs (REcycling, SORting, TEChnologieS). It is exhaustively tested on many production line configurations.
Material properties
Smart Stitch™ threads are made from bio-based or synthetic materials with melting points of 150°C, 170°C, or 190°C.
It finds its applications in the textile industry, from apparel to workwear.
Smart Stitch™ is compatible with every stitching machine found in the mainstream market. It is available in different colours and tenacities, with high-quality manufacturing.

Circular features
The garments made with Smart Stitch™ contain threads that can be dissolved by heat; hence, they are perfectly designed for disassembly. This ensures the continuous use and reuse of the fabric, lengthening its lifecycle and preventing valuable fibres from entering the landfill or being incinerated.
The threads utilized by the company can be seamlessly assimilated into any industrial stitching machine, allowing for simple incorporation into existing production lines.
