Ello Jello is an edible bioplastic in the Evoware range from Rethink Plastic. The innovative material is derived from seaweed, which is a readily available renewable natural resource.
The material is biodegradable, home or industrially compostable and uniquely it can also be consumed. It’s available in a range of flavours and comes with its own nutritional information.
Typical uses for the material include tableware and single-use plastic applications, the material is translucent and available in a range of colours.
